DRESS FOR SUCCESS

Dress for Success empowers youth and adults with essential skills and professional attire, preparing them for career success. Through tailored workshops, tech access, and support for those starting new chapters, we equip individuals to confidently pursue their goals.

The "Dress for Success" initiative supports both youth and adults through targeted programs. For youth, we offer Career Prep Workshops and Tech Access for Education. 

For adults, we provide Career Kickoff Gear and the Halfway Home Initiative to aid job readiness and reintegration.

YOUTH CAREER PREP WORKSHOPS

Youth Career Prep Workshops, offer students career guidance through In-School Workshops and hands-on "Dress-Up Discovery" sessions. These programs aim to build essential skills and confidence for future career success.

TECH ACCESS FOR EDUCATION

Tech Access for Education provides crucial tech support by donating laptops to local communities, enhancing access to educational resources and supporting academic success. We aim to bridge the digital divide and empower people with the tools they need.

CAREER KICKOFF GEAR

The Career Kickoff Gear initiative supports new employees by donating suits, ties and shirts, helping them make a strong impression and start their careers with confidence and readiness. We aim to boost their professional presence and set them up for success.

HALFWAY HOME INITIATIVE

The Halfway Home Initiative aids individuals transitioning from incarceration to the workforce by providing donated suits, helping them reintegrate into society and present themselves confidently in job interviews. This empowers them to build a fresh start.
