Objective:
The Sewing Skills Workshop aims to empower participants by teaching them essential sewing and tailoring skills. Our goal is to equip individuals with the knowledge and tools they need for self-sufficiency and to create entrepreneurial opportunities in the field of fashion and design.

Impact & Involvement:

Fostering Creativity and Independence: Participants in the workshop develop creativity and independence as they learn practical sewing techniques. These skills empower them to create their own clothing, accessories, and household items, fostering a sense of accomplishment and self-reliance.

Volunteering as Instructors: Experienced sewers and tailors can volunteer their time as instructors, sharing their expertise and passion for sewing with workshop participants. This volunteer involvement strengthens community ties and allows participants to learn from skilled mentors.

Material Donations: Donations of sewing materials, such as fabrics, threads, and sewing machines, are crucial to the success of the workshop. These donations ensure that participants have access to quality materials and equipment, enhancing their learning experience and enabling them to practice their newfound skills effectively.
